The holiday season is here, and we’re working hard to make sure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas! Here’s everything you need to know about ordering with Hellfighters Apparel this festive season.
Key Deadlines
To ensure your order arrives by Christmas, make sure to place it by 14th December 2024. This applies to both standard and custom orders:
- Standard Orders: Simply place your order by the deadline.
- Custom Orders: Finalize your design, confirm it, and pay your invoice by 14th December for Christmas delivery.
BFPO Orders
For BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, due to their nature, we cannot guarantee delivery even if orders are sent prior to the shipping deadline. Currently, we experience delivery times of 2–3 weeks during normal periods and 4–5 weeks during busy periods. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Why Do We Have Deadlines?
We base our shipping estimates on the last posting dates provided by Royal Mail and DPD, along with their average delivery times. To account for potential delays caused by the busy holiday season, we’ve added a buffer to these timelines.
What Happens if My Order Doesn’t Arrive in Time?
While we do everything we can to meet these deadlines, once your order leaves our facility, delivery is out of our hands. We cannot guarantee arrival dates after parcels are dispatched.
Our Christmas Closure
Hellfighters Apparel will be closed from 5:00 PM on 20th December 2024 and will reopen at 9:00 AM on 6th January 2025. During this time, our website will remain open for orders, but they won’t be processed until we’re back in January.
