RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Hellfighters Apparel. We appreciate your support and commitment to our products. We strive to ensure that your experience with us is both satisfying and rewarding.

As with any shopping experience, certain terms and conditions apply to transactions at Hellfighters Apparel. By placing an order or making a purchase with us, you agree to the following terms.

Custom Orders

Refunds for custom orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our first approach is to endeavor to fix any defect. If we are unable to rectify the issue, we will discuss alternative solutions with you, including a possible refund. Please note that returns and exchanges for custom orders are also handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of custom orders, we do not keep replaceable stock as we do with standard designs.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

If there’s an issue with a standard product or if you are unsatisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Once notified, you have an additional 14 days to return the item, and we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned product. No reason is required to initiate a return.

Please ensure the following for a return to be accepted:  
- The package must include the order number.  
- The product must be damage-free; any detected damage may void the refund.

Refunds for Stock Items

Hellfighters Apparel is committed to delivering quality products. Every item undergoes inspection and careful packaging to ensure it meets your expectations.

In the event that an item is unavailable or does not meet our quality standards, we may cancel the order and refund your payment if you purchased via online payment (not Cash on Delivery). 

Please note that Hellfighters Apparel is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. However, once we receive your returned product in its original condition, we will proceed to issue a refund. Refunds may take a few days to process, and you will be notified once complete.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies even if the original item was shipped with free shipping.

By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy. We may update or amend this document to reflect changes in our service and policies. Any updates will be prominently posted here. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you may delete your account.
