As the second quarter of this year comes to a close, we are thrilled to announce our donation of £425 to @spare10forben, raised through your custom. This contribution supports a charity set up in memory of Trooper Ben Healy Spare 10 For Ben run a number of initiatives such as; Ben Boxes which provide short term mental health support and self care items, Ben chairs providing benches in public places aimed at encouraging self-care and mental health conversations, and Bens Club a regular drop in mental health support group.
The name Spare 10 for Ben is based on their primary goal, asking the public to spend 10 minutes having conversations regarding mental health and reducing the stigma attached to it.
