Hellfighters Apparel Christmas Shipping Update

Please note that the last order date is subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If any changes arise, we will promptly notify you via email.

How are the dates calculated?

All dates are determined based on each courier's last posting dates and their average lead and delivery times. To account for potential delays caused by peak-season shipping volumes, we add a few extra days to our estimates. This method ensures accurate timelines while factoring in possible disruptions.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive in time?

While we do our best to ship all orders in line with the couriers' last posting dates, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive before Christmas. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is beyond our control.

When is Hellfighters Apparel closed for Christmas?

We will be closed from 5:00 PM on the 20th of December 2024 and will reopen at 9:00 AM on the 6th of January 2025.

Our website will remain open to take orders during this period. However, any orders placed after 5:00 PM on the 20th of December will be processed when we return.

BFPO Orders

For BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, due to their nature, we cannot guarantee delivery even if orders are sent prior to the shipping deadline. Currently, we experience delivery times of 2–3 weeks during normal periods and 4–5 weeks during busy periods. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Custom Orders Deadline

For custom orders to be delivered in time for Christmas, they must meet the following criteria by 14th December:

  1. The design must be finalized and confirmed.
  2. The invoice must be fully paid.
  3. The order must be ready for production.

Orders that do not meet these requirements by the deadline cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
